  1. Wasted customer acquisition and marketing costs.

Managing relationships through the contract lifecycle

“Entering into a long term agreement can be a really important decision for any business. In this session we will look at how to manage some key legal and commercial aspects of long term contractual relationships, including legal issues that arise at the start of the relationship (such as tender processes and due diligence), legal risk management, performance management, exit and retender. The session will be delivered by lawyers from Ward Hadaway with a wealth of experience in outsourcing and other long term contracts, and so the focus will be on how the procurement process and the content of the contract with a supplier can be used to reduce risks to your organisation and drive improved supplier performance.
