CPD 2The opposite of job satisfaction is not dissatisfaction… it’s just no job satisfaction.

Adequate salaries and bonus plans may prevent dissatisfaction, but does not necessarily lead to being satisfied.

In fact many people leave well-paid jobs for less secure but more self-fulfilling roles.  One thing is certain, most people leave a role because they have a clash of values with the organisation … or someone in it.

By identifying one’s values, we have a chance of being able to allow them to be realised, and thus create an empowered and engaged employee.

Michelle Mills-Porter will show you her Key to Motivation and the tool that can capture this information easily. She will also explain how increased productivity of 202% can be achieved.
