CIPS/Hays Procurement Salary Guide and Insights 2016

CIPS/Hays Salary Survey 2016In 2015, in partnership with Hays Procurement, CIPS produced its first in-depth salary report, using data received from a survey completed by our own members, and the wider procurement and supply community. This report was launched in May 2015, and has been very well received in the market, being read to-date by almost 7000 members. This year we have received a critical mass of global number of responses, enabling us to draw comparisons across industry sectors, regions and countries.

Comparisons have been made against the 2015 report, to identify any similarities or differences in the data. This will help you benchmark your salary and benefits,  to plan your next career move, or use in reviews. Following feedback on the 2015 report, we have also extended the survey to include an insight into the growing interim market. The full report will be launched in May 2016.
