    Data Transition Lead (Programme Bluebird)

    Hours: 35 per week 
    Salary: Circa £50,000 - £55,000 pa 
    Location: Easton on the Hill

    Programme Overview

    Following the development of our systems & data strategy in June 2019, CIPS is now in the process of mobilising a multi-year, multi-million pound programme of work to transform its systems, data and digital landscape. The changes delivered through this programme will be critical in enabling CIPS’ overall strategy, which has set aspirations of significant growth in volume and markets over the next five years. This is the largest and most ambitious programme CIPS has undertaken and has already drawn significant amounts of interest and excitement from across the business.

    Over the course of two to three years, this programme will deliver a number of new customer-facing and back-office services and systems, as well as key data management initiatives. The core areas currently in scope of the programme include:

    • Replacement of CIPS’ core Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to better understand and manage our customer and member population.
    • Delivery of a new Digital Experience Platform (DEP) and Digital Content to transform how we engage our users over our digital channels (web, mobile, email, etc).
    • Replacement of CIPS’ primary Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Content to enhance our digital learning and assessment offering.
    • Implementation of a new Customer Contact Platform (CCP) to modernise our customer services capabilities.
    • Replacement of CIPS’ core Finance Platform (ERP) to streamline our internal financial processes.
    • Execution of our data integrity strategy and configuration of our workflow management tools to drastically improve how we approach master data management.

    Role Overview

    The data transition lead will be responsible for defining CIPS’ overall data governance structure & data standards across all business functions (excluding HR).

    They would also be responsible and accountable for defining and executing the data conversion strategy relating to our systems and data change programme. This would include defining the required data objects & elements in the new technology platform, definition of on-going data cleansing / quality requirements and management of the data team to deliver these requirements for the systems and data change programme.

    Awarding Lead - Assessment

    Hours: 35 per week 
    Salary: £29,277 - £34,768 pa 
    Location: Easton on the Hill 

    Fixed Term until 31 May 2020

    Job Summary: 

    Responsible and accountable for managing suppliers of assessment-related services and working with stakeholders in order to deliver CIPS assessments in accordance with regulatory requirements, on time and within budget, while maintaining the integrity and quality associated with CIPS assessments.
