    Head of Customer Service and Experience

    Hours: 35 per week

    Job Summary: 

    CIPS’ Customer Champion, responsible for the design, development, implementation and management of a ‘customer service vision’ and CIPS’ customer satisfaction.

    Lead and manage the CIPS global customer services function continually developing capability and working closely with strategic delivery partners and global teams to support and develop service activity and deliver a positive customer experience.

    Accountable for defining, developing and implementing the delivery of organisation strategic objectives and KPIs through the customer service function and tactics.

    Proactively work across the organisation with senior stakeholders to ensure customer focus is at forefront of day to day business and any proposed organisational change.

    • Supports delivery of CIPS’ digital strategy.
    • Maintains CIPS.org and email channel while a major Digital Transformation project is progressed.
    • Maintains and is responsible for the performance and improvement of the website and email channel for acquisition, retention and engagement.
    • Platform specialist for CMS and email.
    • Champion for online customer journeys.

    Awarding Lead - Assessment Technology

    Hours: 35 per week 

    Salary: £28,507 - £33,854 pa

    Fixed Term (12 Months Initially) 

    Job Summary: 

    The Awarding Lead – Assessment Technology will support the transformational change in the way that products including CIPS’ qualifications are delivered with the increasing use of assessment technology platforms. The Awarding Lead - Assessment Technology will be responsible for the ongoing implementation and roadmap for initiatives related to CIPS assessment technology platforms.  

    As the CIPS expert in assessment technology, the Awarding Lead will ensure that assessments delivered digitally meet the CIPS Awarding Body quality standards and that education partners and networks are suitably trained and equipped to ensure ongoing compliance and customer service levels are met.

    Provide leadership in the development and implementation of the CIPS strategy for public sector engagement in the UK.

    Responsible and accountable for delivering advisory services with national/regional Government and associated bodies, including donor funding bodies, which positively position CIPS as a trusted partner leading to growth in CIPS Education and Membership and the development of long term capability and capacity building programmes.
