    Learning Technology Development Manager

    Hours: 35 per week 
    Salary: £38,061 - £45,198 pa
    Location: Easton on the Hill

    Job Summary: 

    This role will be responsible for leading on the development and creation of digital learning resources and the use of learning technologies across CIPS products and services. The focus of the role is pedagogical, with the aim of ensuring excellent learning experiences and outcomes for CIPS students and clients globally.  

    The role is a key member of the product development and standards team contributing technology expertise and insight into the product development process, leading on the identification and researching of new technology that can be adopted for the delivery of CIPS products and services across a global footprint. The role will be the single point of contact and product owner for all technological development and digital learning across the organisation.

     As a key team player, the Learning Technology Development Manager will be responsible for learning technology consultation, instructional design processes to direct the creation of highly effective and pedagogically sound learning technology products and solutions.

    Head of Public Sector Engagement

    Hours: 35 per week 
    Salary: £53,542 - £63,582 pa
    Location: London / Home Based

    Job Summary: 

    Provide leadership in the development and implementation of the CIPS strategy for public sector engagement in the UK.

    Responsible and accountable for delivering advisory services with national/regional Government and associated bodies, including donor funding bodies, which positively position CIPS as a trusted partner leading to growth in CIPS Education and Membership and the development of long term capability and capacity building programmes.
