    Group Financial Controller

    Hours:  35 per week
    Salary:  £53,542 - £63,582

    Job Summary:

    • Lead a change programme to ensure CIPS’ financial management is consistent with best practice and is compliant with relevant legislation.
    • Lead and manage the operational finance team and act as a business partner to stakeholders across the Group. 
    • Ensure delivery of timely and accurate management accounts and KPI’s across the Group. 
    • Ad hoc financial analysis as agreed with the FD. 
    • Provide advisory support and guidance across the CIPS Group on all financial management matters including tax. 
    • Lead on the annual financial audit and production of statutory accounts.

    Head of Standards and Product Development

    Hours: 35 per week 
    Salary: £53,542 - £63,582 pa
    Location: Easton on the Hill

    Permanent

    Job Summary:

    The role is responsible and accountable for the development of educational standards, products and services that meet the requirements for all who work in procurement and supply and associated professions; providing access to learning in a range of different ways to meet the needs of learners with different learning styles and preferences. This includes developing products that are delivered in a variety of ways including student learning resources such as study guides, plus eLearning and other digital forms of learning, along with a range of tutor resources to support delivery. 

    Responsible and accountable for working with colleagues in Membership, Sales, Knowledge and Marketing.

    To develop and build strong links and networks with academics, researchers and practitioners to build the bridge between research and latest thinking in international procurement and supply, to CIPS product development initiatives and standards, enabling the creation of world class products and services that support our Royal Charter.

    The role is also responsible and accountable for the global supply of CIPS learning products reaching a global audience in a timely, efficient and cost-effective way.

    Programme Co-ordinator - Skills Training

    Job Summary: 

    Provide leadership in the development and implementation of the CIPS strategy for public sector engagement in the UK.

    Responsible and accountable for delivering advisory services with national/regional Government and associated bodies, including donor funding bodies, which positively position CIPS as a trusted partner leading to growth in CIPS Education and Membership and the development of long term capability and capacity building programmes.
